AMSTERDAM – For the second time in row Rabobank is named the best employer for graduates. The Cooperative Bank provides excellent working conditions and is able to create a strong commitment among their employees according to a study commissioned by Intermediair.

Rabobank is leading compared to the National Office for Road Traffic and insurer Achmea. The top 3 is characterized by many arrangements in favor off a 'new way of working', which considers a life beyond work. These 3 do not provide the highest starting salaries.

Intermediair executed this review for the second time. Also last year, Rabobank was the best employer. The bank is also the most preferred employer among graduates. Philips is number two, as a poll showed earlier this year. The electronics group is not mentioned in the list of best employers. (ANP)
